OVERVIEW

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians to install, service, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. Prior experience is a plus—but we are always looking for motivated individuals who want to learn and build a career in HVAC.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist lead technicians in installations and service calls: unloading equipment, running conduit/lines, mounting units, wiring, testing.
  • Learn to troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems under supervision.
  • Perform physical tasks: lifting equipment, climbing ladders, working in attics, crawl spaces or basements.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Keep job sites clean, organized and safe; report any unsafe conditions or issues.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive work attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites each day.
  • Must own a basic set of tools (hand tools, mechanical tools) for HVAC work.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required—willing to train the right candidate.
  • Prior HVAC or trade experience is a plus, but not mandatory—we value eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work physically (standing, climbing, lifting up to 50‑75 lbs) and adapt to varying work environments (attics, outdoors, basements).
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • During the first 60 days of employment, you will be on probation to confirm fit and performance.
